The Wilkesboro Police Department complies with the law by releasing general incident, arrest, and traffic crash reports to any citizen upon request. The Wilkesboro Police Department does not sell information to any person or corporation for the purpose of contacting you to offer their legal services. We do not release criminal investigative data such as interview statements, photographs, and criminal investigator notes unless ordered to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.
